Overview
MTS Tours Transfers LLC ("Company") processes all payments from Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. The tour and transfer services are operated locally in Morocco by our partner, Morocco Trips Solutions. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
Cancellation by Customer
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity or transfer. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Company
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a service due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Modifications & Rescheduling
You may modify or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the service, subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of the service may not be possible and could be treated as a cancellation.
Partial Services
If you choose to end an activity or tour early, or if you miss a portion of the service, no partial refund will be issued. If the Company is unable to deliver the full service as described, a proportional refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
